Whitefish Bay Actor in "A Bright Particular Star"

Neil Vanides plays Charles Granet de La Rue in Morning Star Productions
"A Bright Particular Star" Based on the real-life family of writer George MacDonald. Charles becomes smitten with Lilia MacDonald after seeing her act in a play presented by the MacDonald family. Lilia is extremely gifted and Charles is her ardent supporter, but in Victorian-era England actresses are viewed as less than virtuous. Charles begins to feel pressure from his family as Lilia desires to take her talents to the real stage.
Lilia and Charles will have to make a decision to follow their heads or their hearts.
