Warm hospitality appreciated on cold night

As a Tosa refugee, I was warmed on recent winter evening (below zero before adding the dreaded wind chill factor) by an introduction to Whitefish Bay hospitality.

My sister, who is a true Whitefish Bay resident, and I spent a chilly but pleasant afternoon shopping and lunching on Silver Spring Drive, ending with a movie at the Fox Bay Theater. Returning to my car in the municipal parking lot, we found the freezing temps had done their damage and my Jaguar refused to start! We hustled into the nearest shop, Sweet Frog Yogurt, and were warmly welcomed.

The staff at Sweet Frog didn't just "allow" us to use their facilities, they seated us, brought a phone, treated us to delicious samples and took repeated messages from the greatly delayed tow service. The sweeties at Sweet Frog even offered to stay beyond their closing hour when it appeared the tow would be later than promised.

Thanks to Sweet Frog for a blast of heat on a cold winter's eve.
