Public to be surveyed before referendum vote
The Whitefish Bay School Board on April 8 decided to use a survey to gather input relating to a facilities plan.
The board is trying to decide whether to ask voters whether it can borrow money to do maintenance and educational enhancement projects.
A survey firm will be hired to develop the questions and perform the survey. The cost is estimated at $10,000 to $15,000.
Board honors members who are leaving
The Whitefish Bay School Board on April 8 paid tribute to members Nancy LeGrand and David Kern for 15 years of service each and to John Hainze for six years. They are stepping down this month.
