Man threatens ice cream truck driver because he didn't like music

A man was arrested after threatening an ice cream truck driver because he didn't like the music the truck was playing May 26.

According to the Whitefish Bay police report:

The man, age and residence not released, threatened the driver by throwing ice at the truck's windshield, damaging it in the 5100 block of North Diversey Boulevard about 7 p.m. May 26.

He yelled at the driver, "I have a gun, don't ever come back here."

The man told police he didn't like the music.

Police arrested the man for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
