1A backpack and contents valued at $100 was taken from a car parked at Speakeasy, 600 W. Brown Deer Road, between 6:15 and 7:40 p.m. Nov. 12. A front window was broken causing $300 damage.
2A 23-year-old Cedarburg man was arrested for drunken driving after he was stopped for lane deviation in the 300 block of West Brown Deer Road at 3:05 a.m. Nov. 17. The man admitted having a few drinks on Water Street adding he knew he should not have been driving and should have pulled over and called for a ride. His blood alcohol content was 0.13.
3A 17-year-old Brown Deer girl was arrested for disorderly conduct at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 1:40 p.m. Oct. 23. The girl, walking in a hallway, began to yell and pushed an employee when told she had to go to the office because she wasn't in her classroom. She yelled, "Why the (expletive) are you always messing with me?" The girl said she had "open campus" and didn't have to be in class but that was untrue.
4A 26-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and two warrants at the Pick 'n Save pharmacy, 9200 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 30. She became angry when asked to show identification in order to have a prescription for Percocet filled. She then attempted to use her brother's ID but was again denied. She then threatened an employee saying, "You better have security when you leave tonight (expletive)."
5A 33-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for obstruction/interference prohibited and a warrant after calling 911 reporting a man was beating up his wife behind the 9000 block of North Pearlette Lane at 3:13 a.m. Nov. 2. The woman who was intoxicated admitted "making it all up" because she wanted more police presence in the area. She also said she had "fallen off the wagon" and had a lot to drink.
6A 50-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct, damage to property and trespassing after entering his daughter's apartment and punching a wall causing $75 damage in the 4300 block of West Dean Road at 3:40 a.m. Nov. 2. The man said he was angry because he did not approve of his daughter's boyfriend.
7A $100 watch and $50 cash were taken from a man's locker at the YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, early afternoon Nov. 2. The locker had no damage.
8A 57-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, a drug pipe, and obstruction after causing a disturbance at Applebee's Bar and Grill, 9080 N. Green Bay Road, at 1 a.m. Nov. 3. The man refused to identify himself and told police to, "Get the (expletive) out of my face." His BAC was 0.19.
9A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after threatening to shoot another man in the 4200 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road at 6 p.m. Nov. 4. The suspect said he was angry because the other man made comments about his brother who had been murdered. The domestic violence enhancer was added because the two men roomed together while both were in the Army serving in Kosovo.
A 25-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for battery/domestic violence related after hitting a man in the face cutting his eye 3:45 p.m. Nov. 6. She admitted swinging a light fixture at the man but said he pushed her.
A 45-year-old Brown Deer woman was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after she kicked and scratched a man shouting "I hate you" about 7 a.m. Nov. 14. The woman admitted hitting the man saying, "I decked him."
One additional domestic violence incident was reported this week.
10A 16-year-old girl, residence not available, was arrested for obstruction and along with a male, age and residence not available, for theft from Sally Beauty Supply, 8687 N. Port Washington Road, at 6 p.m. Nov. 7. The male, who was dressed like a woman, and the girl entered the store with four other females. After a short time they left in a minivan but were stopped a few blocks away. The two arrested had concealed hair weave extensions, false eyelashes and a paddle brush valued at more than $400. The girl admitted using an alias because of at least one prior theft arrest.
11A bicycle valued at $400 was taken from an open garage in the 8400 block of North Port Washington Road about 9 p.m. Nov. 10. The bike was recovered a few blocks away about an hour later, but it was damaged.
12A man, age and residence not available, was arrested for theft of six digital media players valued at more than $1,000 from Best Buy, 8755 N. Port Washington Road, four taken Nov. 11 and two Nov. 12. He was recognized Nov. 12 as being a suspect in the theft Nov. 11 when four anti-theft detectors were found in the men's room. On Nov. 12 he was found with two players stuffed down the front of his pants with aluminum foil lining his pants pockets. After being arrested, he admitted both thefts saying he sold the four players to buy gas and food because he was homeless.
13A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy, residences not listed, were to be cited for disorderly conduct after fighting at Nicolet High School, 6701 N. Jean Nicolet Road, at 7:15 a.m. Nov. 9. These two and others were "play fighting" before class when the boy was hit in his groin area and was told the girl did it. He then reportedly punched the girl and she pushed him knocking him down. No serious injuries were reported.
14A 29-year-old Glendale woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of 0.5 grams of marijuana outside the Probation and Parole office, 4160 N. Port Washington Road, at 4:11 p.m. Nov. 9. She had taken a cab there to get her car after her boyfriend, who drove it to see his parole agent, was taken into custody. Agents were searching her car when she arrived and she yelled profanities and obscenities at the agents, pushed one and attempted to shut the trunk lid on another and refused to following instructions saying, "Don't (expletive) touch me, (expletive)." The marijuana was found in her wallet.
15Pipes and a valve were taken from a urinal in a men's room at Taco Bell, 5560 N. Port Washington Road, the afternoon of Nov. 9. The loss was $700. A similar theft was reported at Burger King, 5260 N. Port Washington Road, on Oct. 13.
16A man came to the police station to report the fraudulent use of his credit card at Radio Shack, 5520 N. Port Washington Road, the evening of Nov. 9. He had made a purchase at the store that afternoon and about 8 p.m. received a call from his credit card company reporting his card had been used again at that store to purchase items valued at more than $1,200 including two flat screen TVs and three sets of headphones. He looked for his card and realized he must have left it at the store and someone used it.
17A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman, who had been banned from Kohl's, was arrested for trespassing at the store, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 1:15 p.m. Nov. 10. When police arrived, the woman was sitting in a wheelchair outside and when she saw them, she got up and "walked briskly" back inside where she had left a cart filled with items. Earlier, an employee recognized the woman and called police. The woman admitted knowing she'd been banned in 2007 but said it was only for a year. She was reminded she was banned for life for disorderly conduct.
18A 27-year-old Glendale man was arrested for disorderly conduct after exposing and touching himself outside The Green Seven, 6161 N. Green Bay Ave., at 11:15 p.m. Nov. 10. The man had been told to leave the bar and a short time later, a woman went outside to smoke and saw him touching himself inappropriately. The man said he was only urinating.
19A 30-year-old man, residence not listed, was arrested for drunken driving and warned for lane deviation in the 4200 block of Interstate 43 at 2:23 a.m. Nov. 11. The man, who admitted having "a couple" of drinks, had a BAC of 0.11.
20Two 17-year-old girls, residences not available, were arrested for theft of items valued at more than $200 and each for possession of a tool to remove sensor tags at Kohl's, 5650 N. Bayshore Drive, at 3 p.m. Nov. 11. The girls damaged the clothing when they removed the tags.
21An illegal prescription for Phenergan/codeine cough syrup was reported at Walgreens, 5400 N. Port Washington Road, at 4 p.m. Nov. 12. A male dropped off the prescription saying he would be back. The prescription was from Rush University Medical Center, Chicago. They were called and said that a prescription pad had been stolen from their facility and fraudulent prescriptions were being reported in Illinois and Indiana. About an hour later, another man came to get the prescription and when told it was fraudulent fled the store.
22Items were taken from two cars at St. Francis Children's Center, 6700 N. Port Washington Road, early evening Nov. 14. A purse, a case and cellphone with a total value of more than $400 was taken from one and a backpack valued at $40 from the other. One car had no sign of forced entry and the other had a broken window with damage of $350.
23A purse and contents value not listed was taken from an employee's car at Boston Market, 5470 N. Port Washington Road, between 3 and 7 p.m. Nov. 14. The victim said she hid her purse under a jacket on the floor of the back seat. A window was broken causing more than $200 damage.
24A 29-year-old man, residence not available, was arrested for drunken driving after being stopped for driving north in southbound lanes in the 5300 block of North Port Washington Road at 2:37 a.m. Nov. 15. His BAC was 0.18.

25The 2010 Toyota Highlander valued at $22,000 stolen from the 4400 block of North Lake Drive on Nov. 2 or 3 was recovered in the 1400 block of North Astor Street, Milwaukee, on Nov. 9.
26A bicycle valued at $350 was taken from the 2500 block of North Frederick Avenue on Nov. 10 or 11.
Cars were entered in the 3900 and 4000 blocks of North Richland Court, the 3900 block of North Lake Drive and the 4000 block of North Downer Avenue on Nov. 10 or 11. Three residents reported their cars were ransacked but nothing taken and one reported six DVDs and $50 taken.
27Paint was sprayed on the side of a 2003 Mercedes-Benz SUV in the 4000 block of North Downer Avenue on Nov 10 or 11 and reported Nov. 12. Damage was estimated at more than $500.
28A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, failure to have insurance and speeding 47 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 1100 block of East Capitol Drive at midnight Nov. 11. The man had 1 gram of marijuana and oxycodone. His possession of this medication is under investigation.
A business account which had been created fraudulently using a Shorewood resident's identification including the Social Security number and charging more than $6,900 was reported Nov. 11.
29A purse and contents was taken during a burglary in the 2200 block of East Newton Avenue overnight Nov. 11 or 12. The residence was left unsecured.
A 28-year-old Shorewood woman was taken into protective custody after threatening to kill her ex-fiancé and then herself at 5:45 p.m. Nov. 12. She threatened him with a knife and a loaded .25-caliber gun. She was disarmed and no injuries were reported.
30A $400 bicycle was taken from an open garage in the 4100 block of North Woodburn Street during the day Nov. 14.
31Two girls of Whitefish Bay and Fox Point, ages not listed, were cited for disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at Whitefish Bay High School, 1200 E. Fairmount Ave., during the lunch hour Nov. 12.
32A laptop and a backpack valued at more than $300 were taken from an employee's car at Sendik's, 500 E. Silver Spring Drive, sometime 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 14. A window was broken causing more than $200 damage.
A 31-year-old Whitefish Bay man was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence related after getting into "an altercation with his girlfriend" at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 18. The victim signed a 72-hour no contact order.
